When are supplemental materials due (i.e., transcripts, letters of recommendation, GRE scores)?

All supplemental materials are due DECEMBER 1st.

How can I check on the status of my application?

Once your application has been submitted you will receive email notification from the University that your application has been received and is being processed. You will be given a UM ID number and directions on how to check the status of your application online.

When should I check the status of my application?

You should allow at least 2 weeks from the December 1st deadline before checking on the status of your application.

Can I send transcripts and letters of recommendation together in one envelope?

Yes, as long as each letter of recommendation and transcript is in a sealed and signed envelope.

How many copies of transcripts are required?

Two.

Do I need a transcript from each university and/or college I’ve attended

Yes, we require a transcript from each institution including a university outside the U.S.

When are applicants notified of the committee’s decision?

All applicants will be notified by April 15.
