Dr. Kaplan is has served as Chief Compensation Officer for J.Thelander Consulting and Surveys for nearly 10 years. She overseas the Thelander Surveys, including the annual pre-IPO and private equity inititiatives. Jill's expertise also includes statistical analysis, including board and executive compensation work for both pre-IPO and public companies, severance/relocation packages, private equity and venture capital firms.
