The Child and Adolescent Mood and Anxiety Treatment (CAMAT) program in the Department of Psychology at the University of Miami is a clinical research program dedicated to developing and testing state-of-the-art treatment approaches for anxiety and depression in children and adolescents.  Some of our treatment programs are funded by research grants and other resources that often allow us to provide diagnostic assessments and evidence-based treatment to children and adolescents at low- to no-cost.  Please note that we offer research opportunities to all youth and families that qualify for services at CAMAT.  In addition to assessment and treatment provided via on-going research studies, evidence-based treatments for anxiety and related disorders may be available on a limited basis with highly-trained doctoral students in clinical psychology and other clinicians working with CAMAT at the University of Miami to those that qualify.
